You walk away with
A clear claim you can say out loud in one sentence, and a short list of the questions that decide whether this is worth building.
How it works
Every build moves through the same three steps, like a sun climbing. The order matters, and so does being honest at each one.
Step 01 · first light
We start with the idea and the people it's for.
A clear claim you can say out loud in one sentence, and a short list of the questions that decide whether this is worth building.
Evidence, not opinions: what the market says, what the numbers do, and a straight recommendation. Sometimes the answer is "not yet," and that's a good outcome.
Step 02 · morning
Before anything gets built, I pressure-test it.
Step 03 · high sun
The brand, the business, and the launch, built together so they fit.
A brand and a company that were designed as one thing, and a founder who knows what happens next.
Under the hood
Six disciplines in one working loop. It isn't a funnel: each pass makes the next one sharper. And yes, the V is silent when you say it. It is never silent in the work.
The commercial thesis: who pays, why, and how the economics work.
Market truth, human behavior, and the signals everyone else overlooked.
Product, model, operations, technology, and who it takes.
Demand, feasibility, differentiation, and an honest "not yet."
Positioning, identity, language, and the belief behind the brand.
Launch, channels, sales, partnerships, and growth.
Straight answers
No. BRAVND is a small, founder-led studio. I work with a few people at a time, you deal with me directly, and when a job needs more hands I bring in outside specialists and tell you.
constant. handles marketing for businesses that already exist. BRAVND starts earlier: with an idea, or when a brand or business needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.
There's no menu or package list, because what you need depends on where you are. Every build starts with a conversation, and you'll know the scope before anything begins.
It depends on the idea. Some questions can be answered quickly. Building a brand and a company takes longer. We set a realistic timeline together after the first conversation.
That's what Prove it is for. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet," and knowing that early saves time and money.
Ground rules
I'll tell you what I expect, why, and how sure I am. I won't promise an outcome I can't control.
Every build starts with a conversation, not a price list. What you need depends on where you are.
Fewer slides, more evidence. If something isn't working, you'll hear it from me first.
